Terms & Conditions

General Terms of Use: 

All images and products contained throughout this website, as well as its associated social media accounts, are the sole property of JMC Studio. The proprietor (Josh McGuigan) remains the copyright owner of all photographs, digital images and products created solely and/or on behalf of a third-party. The owner retains the right to use any and all aforementioned assets for the purpose of advertising or otherwise promotion of their work.

Additional Rates: 

Upon professional engagement with JMC Studio, a quote and/or estimate will be provided, outlining the specific costs for a particular project(s). Any further expenses, including but not limited to; travel, third-party licensing, parking, use of an assistant, equipment rental, accommodation, pre-production reconnaissance and weather cancelations must be discussed prior and agreed upon by all parties involved.

Note: All fee estimates and/or quotes will be issued in full for approval upon professional engagement with JMC Studio and its services.

Photographic Licensing: 

Any and all external use of JMC Studio's assets by a third-party must have obtained (financially or otherwise) an agreed upon licensing agreement. License holders are entitled to the use of purchased assets (photographs, images, etc.) across all media. This can include PR, internal communications and social media (i.e., Instagram, Facebook and Twitter). Although, license holders are strictly unable to extend the capacity of their license agreement through 'sharing', 'gifting' or further 'on sale' to additional third-parties for use across all media. Additional usage and/or licensing must be negotiated prior with JMC Studio.

In accordance with the aforementioned licensing agreement, any and all third-party use must adhere by the following crediting guideline:

 

  • Print / Website: 'by Josh McGuigan of JMC Studio'.

 

  • Social Media: 'by Josh McGuigan of @JMC.Studio'.
